Teen Parent Document Library
The Resilience Advocacy Project document library serves as a clearinghouse for legal rights information and resources concerning low-income teen parents. This online resource contains a library of laws, policies, program guidelines, and additional community resources and information. This information is designed to help service providers and advocates working with teen parents effectively navigate the various agencies and systems impacting them.

Preventive Services
- Teenage Services Act (TASA): TASA programs work with pregnant or parenting teens who are receiving Medicaid or whose child only has Medicaid. TASA’s case managers help mothers and fathers under age 22 to manage their new responsibilities, take control of their lives, and learn how to provide better futures for themselves and their children.
- Directory of General Preventive Services: Preventive Services are available to parents who are experiencing challenges that may put their child’s welfare at-risk. These services include help accessing child care or income support, mental health counseling, substance abuse treatment, and domestic violence intervention.
